Oliva Serie O Maduro

WrestleMania weekend and I am doing it right.

Before the biggest show of the year even kicks off, I am already winning. Got the preshow on, my chair is pulled up and this Oliva Serie O Maduro is lit and ready to go. If you are going to sit down for a night like tonight, you might as well do it with something worth smoking.

That dark, almost chocolate brown Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper is oily, rich and beautiful. Inside is 100% Nicaraguan tobacco that the Oliva family has been growing and perfecting since 1886. Hand rolled in Estelí, Nicaragua by people who take their craft as seriously as the wrestlers take that ring.

From the first light it opens up with espresso and dark chocolate, then eases into warm cedar, sweet baking spice and a touch of leather. The smoke is thick, velvety and smooth. No harshness, no bitterness, just a long slow burn that is going to take me straight through to the main event.

WrestleMania only comes once a year. So does a cigar this good. Tonight I have both.
