Crowned Heads Juárez Willy Lee

Last days of summer on the patio, Avengers Infinity War on the screen, getting ready for the Endgame Encore in theaters this week. If you're going to sit outside and watch the Avengers assemble for the last time, you better have a cigar worthy of the moment.

The Crowned Heads Juárez Willy Lee. And yes, the name comes from a Johnny Cash song. "Cocaine Blues." Willy Lee is the character who grabs a gun and makes a run for the Mexican border before they catch him down in Juárez. Crowned Heads named the whole line after that story and honestly the cigar smokes like it has somewhere important to be.

Mexican San Andres maduro wrapper over an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder with Nicaraguan and Dominican filler inside, all rolled at Tabacalera Pichardo in Estelí. What comes out of that combination is chocolate, black pepper and oak rolling together with an overall creaminess that ties the whole thing together and just coats the palate. Medium to full bodied, smooth from start to finish, burn line so clean you almost feel bad about it.

Cold weather is coming. But right now the sun is still out and Thanos still has all the stones. Good enough for me.
