Espinosa Crema

This is probably my last bonfire of the year. Michigan cold is coming, so I am out here tonight taking my time and celebrating a good year of nights by this fire. Still hoping I am wrong and we get one more.

I lit an Espinosa Crema for tonight. Pure cream at first. Then toasted almonds and warm bread, a little cocoa, and a bright taste like orange peel every few puffs. Soft smoke. Sweet smell. Nothing harsh at all. I keep slowing down because I do not want it to end.

Hard to beat a night like this. Fire going, air cooling down, cream and cocoa still coming off every puff. If we get one more night like this, I am doing the exact same thing.
