Lost and Found Forever Fresh
Lost and Found Forever Fresh
A couple weeks ago I thought I had my last bonfire of the year. I was wrong, and I am glad I was. Out here tonight wringing out every last drop of fall before the cold takes it.
Tonight it is the Lost and Found Forever Fresh. Pennsylvania Broadleaf on the outside, dark as the wrapper gets, Nicaraguan all through the middle.
It starts bold. Black pepper and cocoa hit first, then it settles into this deep earthy taste with wood under it and chocolate sweetness running through it. The smoke is thick. It coats your mouth and hangs around after each draw. Halfway in the pepper backs off and it is all cocoa and earth and that sweet broadleaf finish. This is a fire cigar if I ever smoked one.
Cold is approaching. Until it gets here, I will be by this fire.
